BIOGRAPHY:

         Selim Türkoğlu

Erzincan-Refahiye born in 1960. In 1987, he met with Calligrapher Ali Rüştü Oran. Then, the calligraphy lessons with calligrapher Ali Selçuk Erkurt received. Sülüs-Nesih writings took the diploma in 1990. Ta'lik for the post, Prof. calligrapher Ali Alparslan Süleymaniye Kütübhanesi calligraphy lessons continue for a while, took advantage of him.

Workshop opened in 1990. Calligraphy branch of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, received the award. Ministry of Culture and Tourism artist card holder. GESAM (Turkey Fine Art Work Owners' Association) member. Turkey and abroad, calligraphy exhibition opened 22 times. And yet, domestically and abroad, "line art" made seminars. Several newspapers and magazines, the articles published. About the art of Calligraphy, "Ruhi Hendese" published a book entitled.
